Located in the centre of Bangalore, Koshy’s Parade Café is a legendary establishment. For many years, it has played a significant role in the culinary and cultural scene of our city. This famous restaurant on St. Mark’s Road is rich in history and nostalgia and is renowned for its varied menu, warm atmosphere, and timeless appeal. I recently came back here, and this is my review.
Expert Review
Entering Koshy’s is like stepping into a time capsule since the place has a timeless charm and historical significance that penetrates every corner. The welcoming atmosphere and familiar staff instantly make one feel at home. The smell of coffee reminded me of those bygone days, so it wasn’t any different for me.
As usual, the meal combines modern and traditional elements. They serve continental cuisine, South Indian cuisine, English breakfast, and even some colonial-era fare like eggs and crisp bacon.
Koshy’s unrivalled coffee culture is its best feature. The traditional preparation and serving of the filter coffee is proof of the establishment’s commitment to preserving the city’s coffee legacy.
You must take some time out and wait to be seated because of its high demand and limited seats, especially during peak hours, but believe me, it’s worth it.
Koshy’s Parade Café is an essential part of Bangalore’s cultural landscape. Serving as a lively depiction of the city’s historical and cultural legacy, it is more than just a restaurant. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it if you go check it out for yourself.
