I love seafood and Karavalli left an unforgettable gastronomic impression on my memory. The flavours of coastal Karnataka were dancing on my tongue every time I took a bite. The star of the show was the Mangalorean Fish Curry, it just added the right amount of sweetness from coconut milk and sharpness from tamarind with a sprinkle of hot chilli powder made me crave it.
