What truly sets this restaurant apart is the remarkable Chef Debraj Bhaumik, whose profound knowledge of Coorg’s history adds an enriching dimension to the dining experience. Chef Bhaumik’s culinary skills are equally impressive; he possesses an innate understanding of flavors that elevates each dish to perfection.
Speaking of the food, Coffee Blossom caters to every palate’s desires with finesse. The Coorg special menu is a must-try, and I found every item on it to be exceptional. Among my personal favorites were the Pepper Goli Bhaji, Fresh Pepper Pork, and the non-vegetarian thali. The dessert, a delightful Pan Kulfi, left me absolutely astounded; it may well be the best Pan Kulfi I’ve ever had.
