The tableside BBQ cooking adds an engaging and memorable aspect to the dinner, both in terms of the quality of the meat and the burst of flavours. Chef Debraj Bhaumik is a seasoned specialist in the kitchen; what more could you want of him? Nothing could have been more satisfying than the perfectly cooked meat and vegetables.
The grilling experience was enhanced by the careful consideration given to the utensils. For me, it was impossible to say no to the tempting grill beef kebab, exquisite salmon fish roast, and delicious biryani. As a meat eater, I was pleased to discover that the grilled meat here was superior to that at other restaurants I’ve tried.
