Review

Readybowl provided me with a diverse selection of delicious cuisines, including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and seafood options, all conveniently packed in nine different boxes containing biryanis and starters. The delivery was personally handled by the COO of the company, which demonstrates their dedication to providing excellent service.

Regarding the taste and value, I must say that Readybowl stands out as one of the best among its competitors. However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made:

  1. Special Chicken Biryani – This boneless and highly spicy Andhra delight was a contemporary twist on biryani and tasted excellent.
  2. Gongura Chicken Biryani – An absolute favourite due to its authentic taste, the blend of Gongura with biryani provides a delightfully spicy and sour flavour.
  3. Fish Chicken Biryani – The fish in this biryani was cooked tenderly and blended well with the rice, maintaining the right level of spices to enhance the fish’s taste.
  4. Veg Biryani – A decent veg biryani with well-blended flavours that made it a delightful choice.
  5. Prawn Biryani – While the taste was excellent, the prawns were overcooked and hard, which affected the overall experience.
  6. Chettinad Chicken Fry – This spicy, flavorful, and delightful dish was one of the best Chettinad chicken fry options, earning high praise.
  7. Apollo Fish – The tender and flavorful Apollo Fish was truly delicious and well-prepared, enhancing the overall taste.
  8. Loose Prawn – Unfortunately, the overcooked and hard prawns in this dish were a disappointment, suggesting room for improvement.
  9. Paneer Chilli – The paneer, though hard and sour, had great masala. Improvements in the preparation process are needed to enhance this dish.

In conclusion, Readybowl is doing a great job, and with some minor adjustments, the company has the potential to grow even further. I recommend that all food enthusiasts give their Andhra dishes a try at least once, as there are some real culinary gems in their offerings.
