The genius behind this gastronomic delight is Chief Chef Madhusudan Singh, who has consistently delivered an outstanding dining experience. Keys Cafe is renowned for its lavish buffet offerings and an impressive à la carte menu, ensuring a top-notch quality of taste.
During my visit, I had the privilege of conversing with Chef Madhusudan Singh, and his expertise in both words and dishes was readily apparent. He surprised us with two extraordinary creations featuring prawns and fish, even swaying the palate of a non-prawn enthusiast. The visual and gustatory delight on the plate was simply remarkable.
Turning to the buffet highlights, my personal favourites included the Lamb Roast and Chicken Biryani. Notably, the Vegetable Tom Yum Soup, Rasmalai, and Russian Salad deserve special recognition for their exceptional flavours.
