Ingredients
Three forth cup of Flour
Salt to taste
Quarter tablespoon of Black Pepper
Half cup of Cornstarch
Half tablespoon of White Pepper
Half tablespoon of Baking Soda
Two Egg Whites
Two by third cup Cold Flat Beer
One and half K.Gs of Raw Asparagus (clean and cut the above white end)
Oil to frying
Method
- First mix Flour, Salt, Black Pepper , Cornstarch, White Pepper, Baking Soda , Egg Whites, Beer in a bowl till it smoothens itself.
- Dip the cleaned asparagus individually in mixed batter .
- Deep fry the dipped asparagus till it gets golden brown in color.
- Serve it hot with a cold one.
