Butter – 3 tsp
Flour – 3 tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Pepper – 1/8 tsp
Milk – 1 ½ cups
Cooked Pasta
Cheddar Cheese (grated) – 1 cup

Melt the butter in a pan
Add flour and seasonings and stir it well
Add milk gradually and mix it well. Stir continuously in low flame until it becomes smooth and thickens.
Add cheese and cook it for atleast 5 minutes.
Keep stirring the mixture until it blends completely
To this mixture add pasta and cook for 2 minutes
