Ingredients

300 ml can light beer (Kingfisher beer can be used)
One and half cup of Flour
Salt to taste
One tea spoon of Paprika
Miscellaneous vegetables like potatoes, carrots, corn, mushrooms, boneless chicken cubes etc.
Oil to frying 

Method

  • Pour full beer into a big bowl and add paprika, salt and flour
  • Whisk or mix the ingredients till light and frothy.
  • Now dip the pieces of vegetables into beer batter
  • Deep fry in hot oil till it gets golden brown in color
  • Serve hot with a cold one.
