Mint Masala Restaurant

The Mint Masala Restaurant appears to be a pleasant spot, and they say they are a vegetarian restaurant. Located in the Infantry area—a very busy area in Bangalore/Bengaluru—it is fantastic for businesspeople but not so great for foodies. As soon as you step foot inside, you’ll feel just as pampered as you did when you walked outside. The Mint Masala Restaurant is known for its buffet. I went with that, and I must say, it did not disappoint. I’ll explain why in my review.

Points to Remember

  • It could be difficult to get parking because it is on a busy infantry road.
  • You can order separately or ask for the buffet; either way, it’s 100%, so you have to believe them.

Mint Masala Review

With its dedication to serving only the highest quality food with unparalleled flavour, Mint Masala is a culinary jewel among the establishments on and near Infantry Road. My meal at this restaurant was out of this world, and the sight of the exquisitely presented buffet was the cherry on top of an already spectacular dining experience.

The sheer quality of the food astounded me as I set out on my gastronomic adventure, beginning with a variety of tasty appetisers, moving on to the extensive main course, and finishing with a variety of delicious desserts. It was an unforgettable and satisfying experience, especially since I ate more vegetarian food than normal—proof that the restaurant can win over even the most committed meat eater.

To give you an idea of what’s on the menu, we began our culinary excursion with a light soup and grape juice to set the mood for what was to come. The lengthy main course featured a broad selection of rice dishes, rotis, naans, veg biryani, sambar, butter masalas, and more, while chats took the front stage and introduced a blast of flavours. The appetisers, which mostly consisted of potato and cauliflower dishes, were a pleasant surprise.

Noodles and pasta, in particular, brought a carefree element that will surely satisfy the kid in all of us. The dessert buffet, the culinary symphony’s grand finale, was an absolute delight of sweets, cakes, and ice creams.

Mint Masala is like a sweet world for real foodies—a place where their taste senses can dance with ecstasy. My excitement is entirely reflective of the outstanding dining experience that awaits you at Mint Masala; I am not being paid to say this. Whether you’re looking for an exciting culinary journey or just a once-in-a-lifetime meal, this restaurant will fulfil your every culinary desire.
