Review
Sanctum Club is the dining establishment that Bangalore residents have been longing for. It’s a place where delectable food meets impeccable quality, making it a prime choice for those seeking a delightful lunch experience. The restaurant not only offers a delightful culinary journey but also surrounds you with an inviting ambience.
One standout feature is the incredibly talented executive chef who demonstrates a deep understanding of Indian flavors and tastes. During my visit, I had the pleasure of savouring four distinct dishes, each leaving a lasting impression. The quality was consistently top-notch, showcasing the chef’s mastery of Indian cuisine.
For instance, the Multani Paneer Tikka was perfectly cooked, boasting a tantalizing tenderness that left a mark. The Lasagna in fresh cream was an absolute delight, capturing the essence of authentic lasagna with the sweet touch of fresh cream – a truly blissful experience. The Fish Tikka was both good and fresh, further underlining the chef’s expertise.
The highlight of the meal, though, was the dessert – Two Layers of Chocolate Ganache over a Black and White Chocolate Pastry. It was nothing short of extraordinary, and I couldn’t resist having a second serving. The perfect harmony between sweetness and chocolate flavours, combined with the delectable cake bread layer, made it an unforgettable treat.
I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to fellow Bangaloreans. My visit was a remarkable experience, not only for the delicious cuisine but also for the warm and friendly staff, including Restaurant Manager Mr. Rohan and Executive Sous Chef Joaquin Albarreal Arjona. I extend my gratitude to Joaquin and look forward to more culinary wonders that blend Indian and Spanish cuisines.
