“By The Blue” truly lives up to its reputation as a romantic and tranquil haven. The restaurant’s ambience is impeccably designed, creating the perfect setting for savouring a drink from their well-appointed bar. Personally, I found “By The Blue’s” ambience to be truly remarkable, making it an ideal destination for spending quality time with family, friends, or that special someone.

Delving into the food, I had the privilege of exploring the flavours of Hyderabadi cuisine during my visit, and it couldn’t have been a better time to evaluate their offerings. Chef Sridhar Sigatapu is not only welcoming but also a master of his craft, showcasing his expertise in every dish. The standout feature was the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients, resulting in dishes that were impeccably cooked.

The restaurant effectively highlighted the authenticity of Hyderabad’s culinary traditions through its thoughtfully curated menu and overall decor. Chef Sridhar Sigatapu’s talent and expertise shone through every aspect of the dining experience. The menu was a delightful selection of dishes, each more amazing than the last. The food quality was consistently high, prepared with meticulous attention to hygiene.

The Hyderabadi cuisines, including the desserts, tasted exceptionally authentic and were a true delight for the palate. I couldn’t find any fault with any of the dishes, as they were all cooked to perfection. In my opinion, “By The Blue” has not only done an outstanding job but continues to excel in providing a remarkable dining experience. Food enthusiasts should undoubtedly explore this culinary gem.
